Chen PLLC is a CPA firm founded by Baizhou Chen. Baizhou is a Certified Public Accountant registered and licensed in the states of New York and Minnesota.  He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Baizhou passed all the four parts of the CPA Exam in one time. It is said that only 10% of the CPA candidates pass all four sections on the first try. Prior to forming Chen PLLC, Baizhou practiced public accounting with the New York office of Ernst & Young, one of the big 4 global accounting firms, for about six years.
